POB CAMP FAQ’s
The kitchen is equipped with two refrigerators, gas commercial range, convection oven, and a flat-top griddle, dishwasher, freezer, microwave, coffee pots, and all the pots and pans needed for group meals. Individual place settings (trays, plates, cups, glasses, silverware, bowls) are provided for up to 120 people. Serving bowls, platters, mixing bowls, serving pans, and utensils are also provided.
Food prep gloves, Aluminum Foil, Plastic Food Wrap, tissue paper, napkins, and paper towels are NOT PROVIDED. Please bring your own.
